The Restaurant La Fusta cooking school gives you the chance to learn how to create Spanish dishes – our professional chefs will answer your questions, give advice and show you the way to great cooking. No matter what the temperature is, you can easily relax in our air-conditioned interior.

If you have any special dietary restrictions we make it easy by offering you a wide selection of lactose-free and gluten-free dishes, so you can enjoy your meal, while we take care of your health. We'd like to make it as easy as possible for you to have a stress-free dining experience – your health, and tastebuds, are our number one priority. We're happy to hold a spot for you if you'd like to make a reservation for our course. We look forward to seeing you. After your meal you can pay either with cash or with debit card, contactless payments or VISA. We're open all week, except Thursdays.
